Year 6 Leaver’s assembly
On Tuesday 19th July, parents and carers are invited to come into school for the children’s leavers’ assembly. There will be a choice of two assemblies to come and watch your child: the first will be at 9:30am and the second at 2:15pm. Two tickets in total will be available per family, with any additional tickets available following the close of sales on 8th July.
Please complete this form for each individual ticket request. You may complete up to 2 times to request a maximum of 2 tickets.
In the event that the form is completed more than 2 times, the first 2 tickets only will be issued with the remainder being added to a waiting list in the event that spare tickets are available.
